2019 Rally Event Schedule 

 

Listen /watch for possible schedule changes during the rally!!

All vendors will be inside the YOUTH EVENT CENTER at 3785 TX. 27 Kerrville TX  78028

 

Wednesday October 16th
8:30 am - 6:30 pm Vendor Check-in.
1:00 am to 6:30 pm early bird check -in and pre-ordered Rally T-Shirts pick up.

Thursday October 17th 

8:00 am to 6:00 pm check in and pick up pre-ordered Rally T-shirts. Sign up for rides and biker games

​

VENDORS OPEN              FOOD TRUCK at venue

​

9:00 am Start of guided rydes.  Different rydes may leave every 15 min. Check times at ryde sign up table. Rydes line up at North parking lot of building, behind orange and white barrels. (Come with a full tank of gas)

​

6:00 pm to ?  Meet and Greet in the hospitality room at the Best Western Hotel.

Friday October 18th 

8:00 am to 6:00 pm   check in and pick up pre-ordered Rally T-shirts, signup for rides and biker games

9:00 am Start of guided rydes.  Different rydes may leave every 15 min. Check times at Ryde sign up table. . Rydes line up at North parking lot of building, behind orange and white barrels. (Come with a full tank of gas)

4:00  pm “Ice Cream Social” sponsored by Kerrville Chamber of Commerce (inside venue, must have on wrist band).  Live music by Blues Rockit

 

4:30  pm Spyder  Games on North parking lot.

Saturday October 19th

8:00 am to12 pm check in and pick up pre-ordered Rally T-shirts

9:00 am  Start of guided rydes.  Different rydes may leave every half hour. Check times at Ryde sign up table. . Rydes line up at North parking lot of building, behind orange and white barrels. (Come with a full tank of gas)

5:00 pm “Ladies Picture” North side of building

​

5:30 pm   TEXAS BBQ (inside venue, must have on wrist band) 

(NOTE: We cannot accommodate individual dietary needs/preferences.)

 

6:30 pm  - ?  Door prize drawing
